About
My name is Keith Nolan and I'm running for United States Congress in Tennessee's 4th district. As a candidate, I am committed to serving the people and bringing positive change. It's not my vision but your vision, values, and the United States Constitution that drive my campaign. I believe in transparency, accountability, liberty, and cooperation to ensure a better future for District 4 which includes Meigs, Rhea, Bledsoe, Sequatchie, Warren, Grundy, Marion, Coffee, Franklin, Moore, Bedford, Rutherford, Lincoln, Giles, and Lawrence counties. I have been involved in politics for 10 years as an activist for the Liberty movement. My family has a history of civic service which galvanized my interests growing up. I believe in free and open markets, peace, prosperity, and generally that The People know what's best for themselves. I grew up in the Chattanooga area and have lived in Sequatchie County since 2020. I'm an Electrician and political activist. I know how it feels to bust your knuckles making a dollar only to have it taken away effortlessly by taxation or inflation. If you want to know where I stand on specific issues please contact me at Keithnolan4tn@gmail.com. Thank you and I hope to speak with you.

“If the natural tendencies of mankind are so bad that it is not safe to permit people to be free, how is it that the tendencies of these organizers are always good? Do not the legislators and their appointed agents also belong to the human race? Or do they believe that they themselves are made of a finer clay than the rest of mankind?”
― Frederic Bastiat, The Law
I work for you.
I'm dedicated to representing the voices of our district and championing the issues that matter most to the people. These include the economy, healthcare, immigration, jobs, the environment, and national security. As an independent, I hold the liberty to cooperate with either party when necessary or to stand alone for what's best for our district. These decisions will be guided by you, not party leadership. With congress as divided as it is, independents hold all the power with split votes.
Independence
I envision a district where every voice is heard, and where our diversity of thought is our strength. As your employee, it is my job to represent those who didn't vote for me just as vigorously as the ones who did. To accomplish this, I plan on using social media and my website to garner feedback from the district through a series of polling and surveys for every major bill I'm voting on. As an Independent, I am not bound by the lobbying imposed by either legacy party. I won't be a rubber stamp to anyone but the people of TN District 4.
“It will be of little avail to the people that the laws are made by men of their own choice if the laws be so voluminous that they cannot be read, or so incoherent that they cannot be understood.”
― James Madison
